These terms cover your use of Forge, a service operated by Memriq Holdings, Inc. ("Memriq", "we"). By using Forge you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information.

What Forge is, and what it is not

Forge is an assistant for your job hunt and your career. It helps you find roles that fit you, understand the market, prepare résumés and cover letters, keep track of your applications and get ready for interviews. Forge never applies for a job and never contacts an employer on your behalf: it prepares the material, and you decide what to send and send it yourself. Forge is not a recruiter or an employment agency. It does not promise an interview or an offer, and it does not give legal or tax advice about an offer. Its suggestions are produced with the help of AI models and can be wrong or out of date — a posting may have closed or changed — so check anything that matters before you rely on it.

Who can use it

Forge is in an invitation-only early access period. You need a Memriq account and an invitation that has been accepted for Forge — joining the waiting list and being invited, or redeeming an invitation code. An invitation is personal; do not share or sell it.

What you put into Forge

Give Forge accurate information about yourself, and check every document it drafts before you send it: what you send to an employer is your statement, not Forge's. Do not use Forge to misrepresent your experience or to apply in someone else's name.

Forge acting for you

How far Forge may act without asking you first is your setting; it starts at suggesting only, and Forge tells you what a setting allows before you choose it. At every setting Forge never sends an application or contacts an employer. You remain responsible for anything you approve Forge to do.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us at hi@memriq.ai if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Early access

Forge is new. Features may change, pause or be removed, and it may be unavailable at times. It is provided as it is, without promises that it will be error-free or that every role or reminder will reach you.

Price

Forge has a free level and a paid level; what each includes is shown in Forge's settings under Plan. During early access no payment is taken. If that changes, we will tell you before you are asked to pay, and you will not be charged without agreeing.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Memriq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for a missed closing date, or for the outcome of any application or decision you make using Forge's suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility the law does not let us limit.

Ending

You can stop using Forge at any time, delete what you saved, and ask us to close your account, as the Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend an account that misuses Forge as described above, and we may end early access, or your access, with notice where we can give it.
